The Bungee Dealee Bob was designed to quickly and securely attached loose items to a canoe for hands free portaging in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area (BWCA) of Northern Minnesota.

When we first started canoeing it was recommended by our Outfitter to try and secure our paddles, fishing rods and other loose items into our canoe so that when we were portaging we wouldn't have any loose items to carry by hand.

We tried to use the cheap hardware store bungy cords with the metal hooks on the ends. We never seemed have the right size bungy cord and they always managed to snap and hurt someone during the trip.

The Bungee Dealee Bob was designed and tested by a wilderness canoeist and continues to be one of the best methods to secure loose items into your canoe.
